So, here’s the scoop: witnesses saw Mitchel Musso, who’s 32 now, entering the hotel and grabbing a bag of chips without paying for them. Not the best move, right? Things got kind of messy when the hotel staff asked him to pay up. He allegedly started getting verbally aggressive and then left the place without paying for the chips. Not the best way to handle things, Mitchel!

"Hannah Montana" alum Mitchel Musso was arrested on charges of public intoxication and theft following an argument Saturday.

Outside the hotel, the police noticed he was acting a bit off like he’d had too much to drink. They figured out who he was and ended up arresting him for public intoxication and theft, but not for a big amount, less than a hundred bucks. And get this, they even found out that he had some unpaid traffic tickets hanging over his head.

So, they took Mitchel Musso to the Rockwall County Detention Center where he had to spend a night behind bars. Ouch, that couldn’t have been fun. He finally got out on Sunday afternoon after paying a $1,000 bond. That’s a pretty penny to get out of a pickle.

Remember that show “Hannah Montana” where Mitchel Musso starred alongside Miley Cyrus and the gang? Yeah, he was part of the gang from 2006 to 2011. And in 2016, Mitchel Musso got all nostalgic and posted a sweet online tribute when the show hit its 10th anniversary. Looks like he cared about those good old days.
